Bar-b-que

The boys told me they wanted to make up some good ol' fashion NC Bar-b-que today. I explained to them that it's cooked in a pit oven. They wouldn't hear of it. Then I reminded them that neither of them eats meat.

    They've got the right idea though. It cooks so long you need a nap while you're waiting.
